Principle HR Healthcheck ©

Initially we will conduct an overview assesment of your HR set up and procedures. This will be a complimentary and without obligation service, in which we hope to prove our competency and value to you and your organisation.

Subsquently we will offer to conduct Health Checks on a semi-regular basis or as required. Clearly once a PrincipleHR Health Check has been carried out we will provide you with any recommendations we feel are necessary. But that is not the end of the story, as we will then work with you to ensure these recommendations are fully actioned. Completing the circle in this fashion is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Advice

We can supply you with up to date employment advice; either by phone, email or in person. Whether it’s a quick ‘what if’ question or a more substantial ‘this has happened’ & ‘what do I do now’, we can provide a dedicated resource that you can rely on to help you through your problem. We will discuss your requirements; advise on the current legislation and good practice and on request we can also provide recommendations for commercial decisions.
